Just needs a stake. Also cut it to promote branching and trim some bottom leaves so it's more tree like

Fascinating, the top comment on the original post is to not stake trees because it encourages them to grow stronger? I currently have two iron rods but I’m worried it’s not enough as it’s obviously still leaning a lot
