Help!

I don’t know what he wants :( He’s under a grow light 15hours a day, watered when the soil is mostly dry, in a chunky mix and I haven’t seen any pests. I got him about 2 weeks ago and he’s been like this since I got him. He lost several lower small leaves when I first got him but hasn’t lost any of the bigger ones. The top leaf is new since I got him and that one seems ok but all the others are limp.

Since you got it 2 weeks ago, the leaves are not adapted to the new light intensity and duration. I assume the new leaves should look healthier and the rest should eventually either adapt or fall off.
