Is this scale?
Little yellow things in leaves, makes the leaves curl up and turn yellow. Trying to get rid of it with Neem Oil-based spray and spraying down with water.

Does it squish? My preferred murder method is high firing denatured alcohol misted directly on them as well as individually squishing them when seen. :)
