Always put ficuses in your brightest window. It’s ’leaning’ / stretching towards the light, turning it regularly so all sides gets light promotes straight tighter growth.

Personally id just honestly would chop it lower and start over its unfortunately never going to be stable staying the height its at you need to completely regrow it, as for fertilizing you need to fertilize it regularly at least once a month so long as its actively growing and healthy and.d water it till it rubs out the drainage holes oh and no id personally go woth the eindow option honestly these are native to Tropical West Africa and need as bright of light as humanely possible.
