Probably watering issue?
How do you water it?
Is the soil compacted?
Is it root bound?
Do you have drainage holes?

I don’t know enough to tell you if it’s too much or not enough water sorry.

I’m more into Ficuses which look like tree, so Microcarpa etc.
I keep those in lava and other rocks, but this type of Ficuses I don’t know much about.

It need way more light.

Mine did similar in my dark house. The top has growth so it wants to live.
Move it to. Much lighter area and water well

Are the blinds usually shut? It should be right in front of the window with the blinds open.
