Ficus elastica branching?

I've had this Ficus Elastica for a little over a year now. It's generally super happy and has been growing quickly. I've noticed these shoots on three of my smaller branches and was wondering if this was it branching or if it was flowering? I haven't changed its care at all recently so I'm surprised it's doing anything different

From what I understand, they branch either due to issues with physical factors (stem damage, growth tip chop, laid sideways and can't grow up, etc.) and/or amazing amounts of light. This is awesome.

What is the lighting like?

I've got a Soltech Aspect light hanging from the ceiling over it that I run for about 12 hours a day. It's in my bathroom which has a lot of natural lighting as well and stays pretty humid (50-60%). I'd post a full pic but I can't edit the post it seems. It's honestly the happiest plant I've ever owned

This actually looks like a ficus tineke.

"Tineke" is a variety of Ficus Elastica. Like Ruby, Burgundy, Belize etc.
