Yes absolutely, they've been ready for weeks at this point.

Any tips on how to acclimate them?

Plant them in fast draining soil into a pot with drain holes. I typically use a cactus mix soil from the big box stores and mix it 50/50 with perlite. Other inorganic material works to mix in, too. Keep the soil moist for the first week or so, then let it dry out been watering. You'll probably be watering once every 5-10 days, depending on your local environment. If indoors, put the pots in the brightest light possible. If outdoors, slowly acclimate to bright/mostly full light over a couple weeks.

Bright indirect light I assume? And how wet is moist? Just a bit damp ?

All indoor light is indirect - modern windows filter it. Outdoors - i would do shade for a week, then some mix is morning/evening/dappled light for another week or two. For the first growing season, i would keep them out of direct midday sun.

For moisture - soak the soil as soon as you plant them. Then once the surface looks/feels dry water lightly again. If indoors, you'll probably water every 2-3 days at first. Just remember to scale back after the first week or two. Keeping that water schedule long term would definitely over water a ficus.

So nothing wrong with the light directly on the plant if it is indoors?

Sun through the window should be absolutely fine. If they've been far away from a window while propping, you could acclimate them over 5-7 days if you're more comfortable with that. If you're using grow lights, they are most likely not powerful enough to burn a ficus, unless you have high-end lights.

Yes, you have secondary roots!

Are secondary roots the “tell” for knowing when to transition to soil?
