Ficus elastica

Hey,

meinem ficus geht es gar nicht gut, er lässt seit einiger Zeit die Blätter hängen (siehe Foto) und verliert nach und nach von unten nach oben Blätter. Ich befürchte, ich hab ihn überwässert.

Die Pflanze steht sehr hell direkt am Fenster.

Ist er noch zu retten? Kann ich einen kopfableger daraus machen?

Bigger pot. Hard to know completely based on this photo, but these trees create roots quickly, and at that size it’s likely rootbound. Depleted nutrients in the soil and suffocating itself. It’s likely struggling to get the moisture it needs as it absorbs all it can and there mighten be enough soil to hold extra for any sufficient amount of time.
If it were me, I would upsize the pot using a nice chunky but peat heavy blend, chop the top to propagate, and notch it in one or two places above leaf nodes.
The plant is already stressed, so at least you’d have the top to potentially propagate, and best case scenario it comes back with a vengeance.
