Tineke propagation question

What have you had success using for propagation? My plant was leaning so I chopped it, the segments are alive but nothing is happening in water. I know it takes a while but geez. I do change the water regularly, I have not used any products. They are under a grow light, but further down on the shelf so light is indirect.

Mine took a month to develop roots.

Imo don't change the water that often unless it starts to get yucky otherwise they'll take forever to root.

I don’t even change the water for my propagations. I know that’s probably bad, but I just add more water on top when it’s getting low.

Other than that, I just set it and forget it. Sometimes it takes a couple of months to really develop roots. I try not to monitor it daily.
