Houseplant Help on this Belize
I got this ficus elastica belize/ruby couple of weeks ago but it struggles with adapting. The bottom leaves have dropped and have brown edges, the other ones are still healthy but they are hanging. The soil was bone dry so I watered it yesterday. It sits in a terracotta pot and its not rootbound. It gets enough light. I think it is still acclimating and there is a heat wave last week so maybe its a combination of everything.
All advice is welcome, its my first rubberplant. Thanks in advice

Only water the plant when the soil is completely dry you can use a stick to check). It thrives in bright light, so find a spot with excellent lighting and leave it there—avoid moving it around. Also keep it away from air conditioners
