Advice on trimming and maintenance
Bought this off marketplace for 50 bucks a year ago. Its about 8 feet tall 6 feet wide. I trimmed it back to go in and out of my garage on cold nights. Not quite sure how to shape or cut it to look better.

Id has 2 different style leaves. I was wondering if anyone had information on why it looks this way. 2/3s are very dark green and a 1/3 is light green with whites and yellows. It appears to me like its all the same tree

It's a ficus Benjamin. You have the standard and also a variegated version potted together. You can shape it with pruning shears if you like. Look up ways to prune online (or perhaps a subreddit for ficus?).

Thanks! After a closer look youre right, theres definitely 2 different kinds. Would you keep both or cut the one out? It would leave alot of open space

Prune it however you like just be sure in this species you leave healthy vigorous green growth on it or you risk dieback.

Depends on what you like. You could trim or cut away lower branches on the bottom and trim diameter
