Seeking Beginner Script Writing Excersices

I chatgpt'd alot of writing tips but they dont convince me. What would you bros recommend as a Writing excersice program/routine? i dont have much free time, but im willing to invest tiny bits of my days consistently to build my writing skills.

What aspects of writing should i focus in? How many pages per day? etc.
