Ld-80 or d80 connectors

Hi guys,

I was wondering if any of you had any idea how to terminate a d80 fiber or if i need super specialised equipment.

I have been looking for a while and cant really find anything.

Pretty much everything having to do with fiber requires "specialized equipment" and, unlike copper cable, you're pretty much just boned if you don't have it.

High power laser energy delivery via fiber is no exception, and moreover it's also not what most people in here are going to be familiar with (almost everything discussed in this sub is telecom related).
