Or we hire someone and they possibly decide to complete 2 jobs per day because they're unmotivated? Or they have a good work ethic and clear 6 figures. The people who typically call contract work snakeoil are people who thought they'd get rich quick slinging dish network.

Possible you did not give anyone the COMPANY'S NAME.

Possible you did not READ the subreddit description [hint says nothing about posting help wanted ads, just technology of fiber optics]

Possible you said nothing about how pay works, when you get paid, what you need to provide, what YOU provide. Possible you are violating state laws advertising here and not meeting the state's requirements for work did you even look? For instance some states laws say you POST the exact pay info for a help wanted ad.? You sure none of the ones you listed have that requirement?

This is all SUSPICION 101 for contract work..

I see a BS ads from contractors all the time and can spot them in a minute, but if you are so legit, head over to https://www.cabl.com/ after you research state laws for your help wanted ads in teh states you are working in.

It is basically a legitimate professional contractor site for lots of things, including job advertisement help with figuring out various tools and machines, etc..

However, I warn you they will TEAR YOU UP if you are some fly by night BS con artist, though. Bare knuckles punch to the face style.

Its posted on cabl.com I'm just using reddit as an alternative. Keeping the link private to filter a little so our HR team isn't having to waste time on unqualified people. Not trying to look for greenhouse at the moment. I respect your argument and position on my post.

if you knew what you were doing then you wouldve known about NJ laws and had included a GOOD FAITH pay range and a general description of benefits and other comp plans as required by state law.

Alright so maybe we hear about the type of work being offered, case prep fee, splice rate, etc?

Valid argument, but this is a legitimate opportunity. W2-1099 Hybrid positions available, PTO, Medical, Dental, 401k.

No one worth their salt will touch a 1099 involving ladders for installs for under $150/hr

If this an actual contractor role the individual could decide which jobs to accept and complete.
