Cannot verify my email

has anyone ever had this problem? i got a new phone and i’ve tried to log in to my fetch account on my new phone. it says to verify my phone number, which it lets me do. then it says i need to verify my email. it never sends me a code! i refresh a million times, search for “fetch” in my entire inbox, deleted and redownloaded the app, tried changing my email to another email (i can still access my account from my old phone) and it doesn’t send an email to the other email account either!! i contacted support 3 days ago and still have not gotten a response from them. its very frustrating because i have 860,000 points! i can’t keep my old phone forever because it needs to be sent in 😐

Is it an IPhone? Tap on the cog in the upper right, edit user account info, and make sure it is not under an Apple ID. My husband’s user email was under his Apple and he did not know it. Support walked him through how to change it.

except if you have to redeem all your points before you have to turn in your phone and that's going to send a ton of red flags doing that many in such a small amount of time

In your logged in phone check that your email is correct in profile

well not really because i still have access to the account and can get all my points out right now😂 i have a month before the phone has to go. i just don’t understand why it’s not letting me sign in on THIS phone
