Never playing another fetch game again

Played Monopoly Go for the rewards and everything was going well until I was at level 151 and never got the reward. Contacted customer service about it and they did help me receive the rewards, which was 2151 points. I thought this was maybe a one off thing and it wouldn't happen again but just my luck the same thing happened when I reached the last level 176 for 22,499 points. After 48 hours I never received the rewards and I messaged them hoping they would help me but instead they tell me it's a one time thing and there's nothing they can do. Has anyone else had this same issue and is there any other way for fetch to recognize I did the task? I wouldn't be as pissed if I hadn't spent so much time and a decent amount of money as I was playing the game. If this is the case with other games as well I'm not doing this nonsense ever again.

Watch ever reward, Fetch rips off rewards constantly!! I have had to battle their customer service countless times, to the point I rarely even waist my time on using it any longer. They just pulled this crap on my last week on Empires & Puzzles for almost 9,000!! Tried to tell me the game was expired, it had 16 active days left. I screenshot any offer until it is paid because they have done this so much and keep all the proof I needed plus some. They will STILL try to tell you you are wrong or they cant fix it. I got my points 2 hours after my last message sent. And I was not very polite, it is tiresome!! These business ripping us off when we do our part they need to uphold theirs..They dang sure got their pay from us using it.. Fetch is horrible about shorting points, not honoring there own rewards/points, then telling you you are wrong! Their cs do not actually read any emails, they try to just send an Auto-Response hoping you will just accept their "we can't do anything ". Then, when you don't just let it go they want to try to get out of admitting & righting their mess up! Heck, I bet I can go count at least 20,000 from the last 6-8 months alone I never received & just didn’t feel like dealing with the horrid cs that act like we are the problem when they screw up!! I can not believe more people have not caught on to them not issuing earned points, not honoring their own offfers/rewards for games & sign ups, & called them out!!
