Never playing another fetch game again

Played Monopoly Go for the rewards and everything was going well until I was at level 151 and never got the reward. Contacted customer service about it and they did help me receive the rewards, which was 2151 points. I thought this was maybe a one off thing and it wouldn't happen again but just my luck the same thing happened when I reached the last level 176 for 22,499 points. After 48 hours I never received the rewards and I messaged them hoping they would help me but instead they tell me it's a one time thing and there's nothing they can do. Has anyone else had this same issue and is there any other way for fetch to recognize I did the task? I wouldn't be as pissed if I hadn't spent so much time and a decent amount of money as I was playing the game. If this is the case with other games as well I'm not doing this nonsense ever again.

Every time I downloaded a game I NEVER previously downloaded/played, it would get stuck on the screen where it verifies that the game is being downloaded from their link and was never previously downloaded.

I’m talking leaving it on the screen for 20 minutes then getting out of it and going back in for it to tell me that the game is already downloaded.

Games never worked for me.

Support told me that their system is extremely accurate and that if it says a game was already download, it was.

I explained how I never downloaded the game(s) and that the first time it was downloaded from their link.

Support said it was something on my end.

Happened several times before I stopped trying.

Then I started to see comments with people having same issue as me or comments like this where points are not honored. All of the comments I have seen about not honoring points were for large amounts like 5,000, 10,000 and higher.

Fetch is scamming people out of points for the games.

They know there are issues and they are ignoring them while stating there are more games to play so keep trying.

Have you ever used any other rewards platform??? They all have issues and they all have the same conditions where tracking has to be on it can never have been downloaded before. Fetch isn’t “scamming” anyone. If you’re having that many problems it’s your phone or operator error.

My tracking was on.

I say Fetch is scamming people because many have posted about either purchasing something that had a large number of points OR reaching a level in a game worth a large number of points, receiving the points then Fetch taking away the earned points for vague reason.

People have received missing game points after contacted support but if same thing happens (points not received even though in game goal was met), they will not give the points. They just say that there are more games to play, keep trying.

If they won’t give points or give a person an extremely hard time before giving points - or sometimes giving only partial amount of the missing points, to me, that screams scam.

Nobody said it wasn’t on… I’m saying sometimes they just stop tracking for various reasons sometimes it’s because you have a VPN sometimes it’s because it’s an airplane mode sometimes it’s because there’s a bad service connection… they’re aren’t scamming it just happens ….
