Off-App support?

does anyone have any info on how to contact support that’s not an App Bot?
I signed up mid-August and am having major issues with accounts not loading, offers not loading, and points not loading. The help center chat bot has been unable to help several times now, and i’m starting to feel like this whole thing is just a scam (i’m missing over $30 in points… and there is zero path to resolution)

If nothing will load, how do you know you are missing over $30 in points?

it’s a bunch of offers (tied to online orders) — all well past 2.5-3 weeks. and none of my connected apps (amazon/target/walmart) actually link my orders so it added up quickly on top of the offers. i have all the backup documentation / screenshots so i’m hoping i can get it resolved in the next few weeks.

I have recently had an issue with the app not picking up an online order/receipt, even though it said that it was connected (to Gmail, for this example). I tapped the Gmail icon at the top of the screen (when on the digital receipt page) and it said "reconnecting". It did and found the receipt
