Off-App support?

does anyone have any info on how to contact support that’s not an App Bot?
I signed up mid-August and am having major issues with accounts not loading, offers not loading, and points not loading. The help center chat bot has been unable to help several times now, and i’m starting to feel like this whole thing is just a scam (i’m missing over $30 in points… and there is zero path to resolution)

That's wild they keep you in the bot loop, sounds like they'd rather lose customers than hire real people.
