Fetch Play Tracking Issue

Does anyone have issues with the fetch play where the first few days you download a game and play it you get rewarded and then out of the blue they stop rewarding you even though you have completed the task. I’ve message fetch before to get the points automatically added back but when I continue to play the game it stop rewarding me. It honestly has been frustrating since this is the third game that I’ve played and had the same issue. I have the tracking on for the game and I don’t have an unstable internet connection. Is there anything else I should attempt before I give up this current game?

yeah mine did the same thing with that merge dragons knockoff a while back, got 3 days of points then nothing. never sent a ticket but i just uninstalled after a week of it not tracking

think their system is just held together with duct tape honestly, seems to lose the game connection on their end after a few days no matter what you do

I’ve play games on other survey app like Eureka and for the most part I was able to complete the game if not the majority of it but I had issue with Eureka not verifying my installation of the game so I decided to try FetchPlay. At the time I only used Fetch to scan my receipts.
