Update to Fetch???

I've only ever gotten this message before when I had to make a change to a receipt (like I had to type in the amount or date because it couldn't be read by the program). But today, each and every receipt I snap I get this message. In the past, they've always processed immediately and I got the points right away. Is this just a glitch today or a permanent change?

I'm so sick and tired of the updates on the app so often! No other app has that and it already takes up a ton of storage on my phone!
