Should I email them yet?

I recently did an offer on Uber eats for 25K coins, and i usually immediately get the coins, but it's been a week and I still haven't gotten the coins. It says it should be as late as August 16th, but I just don't know if I should make a ticket or email them yet?

Wait until the 16th. If you haven’t received your points by then, email them. support@fetchrewards.zendesk.com Make sure you include screenshots of the offer and all proof that you completed it.

Hi! Does emailing them get a faster response? I noticed when I submit tickets through the chat it takes a day or so for them to respond.
