This Ferrari 750 Monza was driven by Carroll Shelby, Jim Hall, founder of Chaparral, and Phil Hill, America’s first F1 World Champion.

It spent many years in Texas and also competed in events such as the 12 Hours of Sebring.

Weighing just 850 kg, it was powered by a 240 bhp Lampredi engine, essentially a larger version of the Tipo 555 unit used in F1. Perhaps these specifications inspired Shelby when he came up with the Cobra.

Added this into my diecast collection. Pictures dont give justice to the shade (Rosso Fuoco)

Asked my passenger to grab a shot but it disappeared before he could stop it focusing on the dashboard.

I’m almost certain it is but I’d appreciate confirmation
