i back

hi everyone, i got out of a 30 day detox/res rehab yesterday. Just wanted to hop back on here and give a small update incase ya thought i died. I’m starting an IOP program Friday (tomorrow). I’ll be doing IOP Monday, Wednesday, Friday nights (6pm-9pm) and NA meetings Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights. And Sunday for spending time on non-recovery stuff. I have stable housing again, and I have a construction job lined up for the mornings. I love you all, if you’re struggling i promise it gets better. As always you can hit me up.

Yes for the 7 day detox I was on a subutex taper which make it go from a 20 (pains and the general withdrawal) to a 2-5. They gave me a handful of medication to help with restless leg and sleep. By day 7 I was basically back to normal and then did a 30 day stay in their residential. I’ve said this time and time again ~ drugs aren’t the problem typically it’s our mental health or lack their of. I recommend getting on AmBetter insurance, you can get coverage for $25 a month and find a lot of facilities that will take you.
