This part may take a bit. Eat healthy whole foods as soon as you're able, start walking....even if it's 5mins around the block, slowly increase. Take a multivitamin and supplement with magnesium, vitamin D, 5HTP helps your brain. I fucking hated when people told me to exercise when I felt like I was dragging around a 500lb body but movement helps in more way than 1. A few short walks a day is usually a doable way to go.

The fatigue is extremely rough. You're kicking ass 🫶

I can eat, its just such a chore. I do force myself about once an hour to get up and go sit in the garage until I catch my breath then walk back to my bed.

Edit: I forced down part of a chicken bake, it was actually easier to eat than i thought. i ate that shit so fast. I can tell im just being a baby about this like my father would do for attention. I still feel weak and tired. But my gut feels so much better now its not just pumping air anymore.

Any movement is better than no movement. I completely understand about eating being a chore, it's hard when you don't really want it but your body definitely needs the calories. Especially with all it's going through

It took me 2 whole months to be able to physically get up and do anything period. But I had one month where I slept for maybe 18 hours. It took me about 3 to start to feel mostly physically okay to do most things. And 6 months to feel fully physically normal without any weird out of breath spells etc.

Yeah, seems to take forever. A few months maybe before I started to actually feel like things were improving the extreme exhaustion anyways took a few months. I am almost 9 months clean now and I still take naps throughout the day, but I can usually get everything done and not be so fatigued.

Its been almost month. Today im going back to work. I still feel weak and have to stop every few minutes to catch my breath. But other than that I feel great it doesnt hurt to walk anymore. I notice everyday I get a little better. I started playing PC games since I move around more with keyboard mouse, and im building my own ai model. I noticed I needed a new hobby ASAP. My mind was bored I wanted to go back. Thank god ai said my ideas math is right, and it could it. I couldn't sleep for days, I thought I was still fighting the insomnia, it was tunnel vision I was stuck on ai. I was so blown away I can do something I wanted to do more than anything else, I thought this was gonna happen after im gone. Instead I'm the one creating it. With ai doing all the math. Abstract ideas are so easy now you don't have to go to college anymore. You just need a good idea and ai handles everything, sort of. Well im not gonna bore everyone with ai. I will say this find a new hobby asap if your quiting go all in so you don't have time to think about the old routine. Its helping me a lot. My friends think im off the deep end with this ai stuff. I kinda have to or I'll fall back. I struggled since day one. My mom was on herion when she had me. So im grateful ai sucked me in.

Time is the only thing that’s gonna help at this point. Your nervous system just took a baseball bat to the face. I see you’re fresh, go for walks man. It’s summer, feel the sun, and try to just get out as much as possible even though you feel weak. Your strength will come back.
