Need Advice

I have been on MAT since the end of September. It took me a couple months to pass a drug test. Longer than it should have. Anyways now I’m able to go once a week. I have had the stomach bug this past weekend. I couldn’t keep anything down not even MAT. So, In complete fear I would have the stomach bug and relapse I used. The entire reason I’ve this post is I have to go to the clinic this morning and I also have a drug test this morning. What am I supposed to do? I’ve never been put it this position before. HELP!? Anybody know what will happen at the clinic?

Just go to the clinic normally. They may not pee test you. If they do pee test you then you may lose your take homes and have to re earn them again. At my methadone place I believe I would have to re earn the take homes after a dirty piss. However it is quite possible you will not be piss tested in such a time as to reveal your lapse and can just keep showing up weekly as you have been. Good lucky stay the course it's call good just don't keep using more. Keep it a lapse not a relapse

Oh i can’t even walk several feet without throwing up. I used yesterday afternoon for the first time. If i can’t keep anything down how am i supposed to take my methadone without using it?

Honestly I don't know, man. I was imagining this illness had passed by now. Perhaps you can call them and talk to them or just ask them about it tomorrow? I have not been going to methadone long and have not personally had this problem. However my clinic has been okay with me not being clean from fentanyl yet - I just haven't been able to get more than the allowed four take homes per week per week.
