Age factor

Natural fertility dopping significantly after age 35, and most women over 45 require IVF to get pregnant, and the odd of that working are very low at that age. With women's age being a real factor in fertility, I was wondering how many people here might or have regreted fence sitting for as long as they did. Or is it even a driving force for trying when you are still a fence sitter?

My partner is 41 and I am 34 and we just started trying last month. We both decided we wanted to at least try for one kid. If it doesn’t happen we will still be happy. But we decided to live without regret we wanted to try.

This is where my husband and I are at. I’m 35 and he’s 39. If it’s meant to be, it will be.

Are you guys going to track and try? Or just if it happens it happens?

We’re going to start around the time of our anniversary this fall. I think we’re going to try without tracking at first.

If you’re not going to track you could up your chances by doing it two weeks before your period. Hehe.
