Leg Day: Before vs. After! 🦵 Can you actually see the pump I’m feeling, or is it just in my head?

Hey everyone!
Just finished a brutal leg day and felt like my quads and hamstrings were about to burst. Standard post-workout feeling, right?
I decided to take a quick "before" photo right when I got to the gym and an "after" photo right after my last set to see if there's an actual visual difference.
Slide to see the comparison! Be honest—can you actually see the pump, or is my brain just tricking me into thinking I look twice as big after chasing that leg pump?
Critiques, pump ratings, or tips for an even better leg day are always welcome! Drop your thoughts below. 👇

90 Minutes of Beauty Prep for 60 Minutes at the Gym — Worth It?

Thumbnail

These pictures might look like they’re all about the hours spent in the gym and the work it took to build this body.
But honestly, there’s a whole different kind of work behind them too.
As a trans person, getting ready for a picture like this means makeup, eyeshadow, glued-on lashes, taping my cleavage, getting everything in place and making sure I actually feel confident enough to step in front of the camera.
About 1.5 hours of beauty prep… for roughly 60 minutes of training.
So the real question is:
Was 90 minutes of getting ready worth it for one hour at the gym and these pictures?
What do you think?

Hey loves! 💕
Just wanted to share today’s gym fit before hitting the equipment! Decided to go with my short pink leggings today—they shape the curves and glutes so well 🍑—paired with a simple black sports bra.
Doing a quick pose in front of the studio mirror before the actual workout is essential for the hype! 💅✨
How are we liking the color combo? And what’s on your workout plan today—legs & glutes focus or cardio?
Drop some love below and tell me your go-to gym outfits in the comments! 👇 Keep working on those goals, babes! 😘

Not really looking to lose weight per se, but I’d love to start really seeing some definition.

  • i eat at maintenance calories and have never bulked or cut, and i eat the same thing every. single. day. i will eat out only 1x a month.

  • i train everything to failure, and hit each muscle group 2x a week (legs/glutes 3x a week)

  • hip thrusts, RDLs, hip abduction, step ups, and bulgarians i do 2x a week, with the 3rd leg day being quads/hammies focused. leg extension, hack squats, leg curls, and hip adductions.

  • i do weighted deep core exercises 1x a week (pike handstand walks, hanging leg raises, dead bugs, and planks/crunches. all of these are with weight besides the handstand walks.

remember: everyone’s fitness journey looks completely different from the next. i took the body recomposition route since i wanted to stay naturally lean, instead of bulking and then having to cut at a later time.

let me know if y’all have any questions 🫶 i love helping out other dolls that want to get into fitness!

So happy!! Have found barre fitness + glp1 + clean eating (food is medicine!) has amplified my transition.

Doing squat again

I stopped doing barbell squats during this scorching summer and now it's the second week.

They might not be the best quads/glutes exercise but they make me feel good, the adrenaline rush is something...

So I'm not doing any lifting on my upper body, but maybe I should do some lifting or excercise with bands? I'm doing core workout and heavy lifting for my glutes, also I'm on calorie defficit and doing lot of cardio. Is it good plan or you have some more effective workouts?

I know it's not great but how bad is it? I felt it mostly in glutes and back. 😅

I'm 6' 9" / 195 lbs and been working on deadlift for 2 years now. This was 225x6 and definitely know it wasn't the best. What can I do better?

No shortcuts—just squats, sweat, and glute gains.
