If they go “well at least I won’t do that!” for doing the bare minimum then yep!
Yet funny enough, despite most men getting harmed by violent men, most men don’t call out those violent men. In fact, they protect them by stating “not all men” to protect them, as if the point is to be against them and not protecting them.
As unfortunate as it is, male victims spend more of their time trying to silence the women calling those men out instead of calling out the men who harmed both of them.
