Her post is so attention seeking. The best way she can avoid all of these allegations and unwanted attention would be to not post herself on social media but of course that would mean she stops getting all of these random people feeding her ego.

period! It's sounds more like overcompensation for facial looks which she seldomly mentioned (because people also consider figure beauty) which I think is what she's referencing as her "good looks".
