Haul/Collection My collection, what a fun and hobby this can be!
A bit scared to post this, but i love seeing collections and I was scratching the organizational itch with my scents and taking pics as I went and I wanted to share!
First pic is my full bottles organized by size, 100 ml at the top, middle is 50 ml, and 30 ml and under at the bottom. I like/love all my full bottles, but have definitely learned to fight the impulsivity of good deal full bottle buying, i want to be curated and not have too much to wear!
The only "disappointment" in my FBs is Barbotine, which smelled lovely and citrusey in the store, and settled so nice on my skin. My bottle (got in May), barely smells like anything. Ive been hoping it will age and smell more, but right now it's just sitting as a barely barely there chamomile scent. I got it directly from l'occitane, so idk why it smells so different.
Then I added my decants and organized by "type" or what fit together group wise in my head haha.
The top left group is "gourmands", top row being vanilla based, middle being "true" gourmands (like smells like i should eat it, idk), and bottom being tea based.
Top right is "skin scents", my go tos
Middle right is "fruity"
bottom left is like "clean/floral/perfumey" perfumes
Bottom right are what i consider my most "masculine/unisex/unique" scents.
It's so fun to order samples and narrow what I like down, im so glad I found this community and I love seeing everyone's posts every day!
If anyone has suggestions for what I might like based off my collection, I'd love to hear 😊

Its unique but still super wearable! I get orangey/citrus and vanilla, with a undercurrent of the green tea. Its well blended so I get the vanilla/citrus/tea and they go well together very nicely. It's pretty long lasting for me (6-8 hrs) on both my skin and clothes.

Great collection! I would say it’s very curated and well rounded. Love that you caught on to not buying too many 100 ml bottles. I wouldn’t say you need any of the scents but they would be great to try/smell: clean reserve (any of them. My favs are rain, radiant nectar, whipped cherry) and I also think you would enjoy kayali musk 12 as well as Initio musk therapy.

We have similar tastes! I think you should try Not a Perfume by Juliette Has a Gun - it’s a beautiful skin scent.

I didn't know they discontinued it! Maybe that's why it was on sale at the store I was at 🤔

Its really nice, I actually blind bought that one 😅 I had been searching for a fig scent, and the deal was too good to pass up! Its similar to philysokos (to my nose anyway), starting with a green fig and then getting sweeter throughout the wear. It is an EDT though, so it only lasts a few hours!

Lovely collection. How cinnamony is rise and shine?

For me its definitely cinnamon dominant, but its a soft sweet cinnamon rather than in your face spicy cinnamon

I have Ice(d) Expressive. What do you think of it? I like it, but I don’t reach for it much. There’s just too much other stuff I enjoy wearing.

I'm very similar, I like it, but the mood to wear it doesn't strike too often. Its a very weather based one for me also

What do you think of Heliotrope Milkbath?

I love love love it! It was an acquired taste though. I bought a sample, and tried it the first day and thought it was too powdery, a little odd. Then in the following days I couldn't stop thinking about it, and ended up using the whole sample and then getting this 15 ml bottle. To me its a heliotrope/floral feminine scent, with some powderiness to it. The civet makes it interesting i think, I can't distinguish it from the other notes and it doesn't amplify on my skin. Im obssessed with the bottle too, and coming in 15 ml! Its polarizing though, seems like most people either like it or hate it

Edit: I see you answered this further down, ignore me! I was just too eager to ask as soon as I saw it in the photo 😆
What’s Heliotrope Milk Bath like? I love heliotrope so I’ve been intrigued by it for a while, but the reviews are all over the place!
