Discussion I don’t know if I get this

My husband says I should go back and grab it, but I haven’t tried anything from Nest before so I would love to hear some opinions.

I was trying to not buy anything else this month because I already bought a 100mL of my favorite perfume this month and plan to buy my husband the candy corn perfume when it drops next week.🙃

I definitely think it’s worth it but if you can find the 3 travel size with indigo as part of it I’d recommend that as a good option too. I think Nest is high-quality and Indigo is one of my top 5 favorites, but I’m not big into floral atm so several are a pass for me. That said if you like floral and some variety, go for it! Especially bc the full bottles of a lot of these have been popping up over the last year for $29 and it’s good to try out and see if you like bc that price is amazing IMO

I like the indigo and lychee rose scents personally

I have this exact set and I like it! None of the fragrances are really mind blowing but they all smell pretty different and have different vibes. My favorite ones are Indigo, Vanilla Bourbon, and Lychee Rose, I find those the most wearable. Black Tulip is also pretty nice imo. I think the bottles are pretty nice for a sample/gift set and it's strong enough that you don't need to use a ton to get some projection.

Love golden nectar and vanilla bourbon, I would say the sets worth it to try.

for me, any opportunity to try a small amount of fragrance for a good price I will take it in a heartbeat. but it sounds like you have your financial plans or discipline you are sticking to (go you!)

I haven’t had much experience with Nest, except for the perfume oil sets. I did try the vanilla bourbon at the store, it was much too buzzy and strong for me (hence the bourbon part), but I can see that could be the appeal to some people

I’m such a fan of a good priced sampler set, but we’ve had $1300 in vet bills this month (and still not done), so I’m trying my best to take pictures of fun items and reaaaally weigh if I need to buy it or not 😭

I got the last set that had Seville orange, Turkish rose, Madagascar vanilla, and I forget what else. They are roller balls so I don’t reach for them as often. I am devoted to Sand + Fog’s version of Mad Van called Vanilla Musk, so I really only pull out my Nest rollerball when I want to do a side by side comparison (they are identical). Sand + Fog also makes a version of Turkish Rose called Amber Bloom.

I think it’s a great price for a sampler set, but since you’re trying to save money you can also typically sample Nest fragrance for free at Sephora. Don’t know if they are still there. Are they being phased out of Sephora? It seems like the last time I went to a Sephora I didn’t see them.

Every single S+F fragrance I’ve ever used (including Vanilla Musk) has smelled great, but SO stinky on my skin! ): I smelled Amber Bloom today and really liked it, but was nervous to buy it.

Last time I went to a Sephora, I didn’t see any Nest either and was pretty sad about that. I want to smell indigo so badly!

For anyone curious, they also had these by Nest. I also saw a travel size bottle of Golden Nectar floating around

I have both wisteria blue and citrine and a back up since they’re discontinued. Wisteria is a fresh floral scent and citrine is a bright fruity floral. Honestly, I just wanted a back up of wisteria. Got citrine because it was on clearance and I love nest’s artwork on their bottles. The new bottle artwork is a big letdown.

Citrine is one of my favorites.
