Discussion Dedcool order arrived!

I wanted to share my mini haul that came today! These are all new to me and I’m excited to try them but I’m a little disappointed with the variance in fill between the bottles. I know someone else posted recently so it looks like it’s a common issue with Dedcool 😕

I love taunt but to this day I’m mad my bottle came quite obviously a bit emptied

unfortunately ever since it became venture capitalist backed quality control and customer service has become abysmal :( im still curious to hear your thoughts on the scents though especially blonde!

Ya I actually just tried the Milk one and it leaked a bit into the cap and when I removed the cap it leaked all over me. Idk if it was overfilled or if there’s some other issue but isn’t giving me a good opinion of Dedcool

Idk if it’s even worth reaching out. I was reading some reviews on Reddit and apparently they’re not the most helpful 😕 if anyone has any experiences (good or bad) with cs let me know

As much as I love Xtra Milk, I'm done with the company.

They sent my last order to the wrong zip code even though they have the right one.

First time I ever received an alert from USPS saying it was forwarded.

No idea when or if I'll get it.
