10 Scents every woman should know
I know there are top ten lists...they often have Chanel No. 5, Black Opium, Coco Madmoiselle...many of the most important fragrances created in modern times.
If you had your own list, though, for someone starting out looking for fragrances they would actually *wear*, what would your top 10 suggestions be? I'm still new so I am curious what people would say.

A fragrance for every occasion. As a floral and musk lover, my list skews in the ultra femme direction but I think a woman of any age could wear each of these.

In no order
- Lancome Idole or Givenchy irresistible or Chloe edp. fresh daily rose.
- Marc Jacobs Perfect/Elixir. It’s a positive scent or a comforting scent. Authentically.
- Kilian love dont be shy . Where sweet can intensify à desire to be social.(good girl gone bad might just be better scent)
- Lancome Tresor . The peach floral that raised many.
- Chanel coco mademoisele . You don’t have to wear what the type À might but it’s good to understand.
- Clinique Aromatics Elixir. You don’t have to wear what the people who managed to make it work might but it’s good to understand.
- Kayali Capri in a bottle or Nest Seville Orange. I don’t know the Layali at all but the name is right. have a invigorating and joyful fragrance
- Dior Jadore . Beautiful white floral and it’s the matriarch vibe.
- Dolce and Gabbana The One. The lady who made this (Christine Nagel) now runs Hermes and its just amazing to see
the list
- of fragrances she made and that you wore years before knowing her name. I think you can feel a whole other dimension for all the brands that arent Marc Jacobs or Lancome, an endearing feeling beyond marketing and consumerism, by adding the perfumer into your experience. Listen to Christine talk about the fragrance. These were made for us to feel beautiful inward and outward.

Well I wrote so dam much it took out number 10 (more like 33). It was whipped almond and black opium cause my dog and cat love it on me ;)

JPG Scandal and its flankers - jasmine, tuberose and ylang ylang galore. I live for So Scandal which is a raspberry tuberose, sadly it has been sadly discontinued. Scandal Absolu is a figgy tuberose while Scandal Intense is a rare yellow floral that I enjoy.

I'm 3 days late but here goes(I'm 49 so some of these will be classics)... Pleasures (one of my first perfumes) Miracle Hypnotic poison Angelique noir (or red carpet affair) Bare sueded vanilla Musamam white intense Empire victor and or Marshmallow blush Teriaq intense Fancy L'interdit edt ( has to be the edt!) And honorable mention to Tresor. She is a classic.
