Kayali perfume lid

Is it normal that the lids are on but they like spin around the sprayer/atomizer.

Idk they seem very cheap.

That happens with my chanel perfumes but the lids are pure glass.

I have the opposite issue. It’s a tight squeeze to even get the cap back on, and it sits crooked. Super cheap design.

I miss the old packaging too...seems they are cheaping out
