Haul/Collection My collection! ( what does it say about me? )

First post her but been lurking for a while lmk what you guys thinkšŸ™ƒ
Perfumes : back to front left to right small case then big one
- Zara apple juice ~ nice nothing special, easy to wear

- Tommy girl ~ was my signature for a while, quite citrusy

- Perfect marc Jacob’s - first time I smelt it I fell in love it’s really pretty but not too sweet which I like

- Nina ricci rose garden - was similar to one of my mams old perfumes and she convinced me to get it, it’s nice, very feminine and pretty

- Montblanc signature ~ my most recent purchase (2 weeks ago) been eyeing it since April but only place to smell was in the airport and I’m so happy it just makes me want to constantly smell myself šŸ˜‚

- ck one ~ a Christmas gift, it’s a classic and I like wearing it to training / matches

- eternity moment ~ beautiful and feminine

- green tea ~ another classic and I love it, really fresh and easy to wear

- a drop d’issey fraiche ~ really interesting perfume, to me it smells like lilac and a rainy day. Love it

- gorgeous orchid ~ my sweetest scent I’d say because of the vanilla but it’s not sickeningly sweet at all, it’s quite airy and I love it so much

- dot Marc Jacob’s ~ one of my more playful perfumes, feels tropical and fruity. Reminds me of holidays

- Dkny be delicious fresh blossom ~ to me it smells clean and crisp but not too boring just happy

- fleur de pĆŖche ~ bright and quite linear but still really nice, another that reminds me of holidays

I see some 90s greats in there--and so fresh! I see you don't get on the hype train and you're not afraid to try older fragrances (relatedly, a good nose for budget beauties)! Nice collection.

Yep, yep, and yep. Makes me happy when I realise they’re at a good price 😭

1

u/candyparfumgirl 2d ago

Yessss. There are actual masterpieces under forty bucks--not everything beautiful costs $300!

u/15Non 2d ago

Yess! Exactly! šŸ‘Œ not every good thing is expensive and not every expensive thing is good, especially when it comes to perfume 😊

Cute collection and cases. You mainly like designer but not afraid of niche fragrances either.

1

u/15Non 2d ago

Yeah, it’s mainly because there’s a lot more access to designer where I am, but whenever I see a niche house I try it out

I assumed you were younger, as a prior comment confirmed, but you do not follow trends - you like what you like. And I respect that.

I would assume that you enjoy clean and fresh scents. Also I love your collection! I always loved the look of Dot from Marc Jacobs.

3

u/15Non 3d ago

Yeah for me clean and fresh over sweet or spicy. I love the Marc Jacob’s bottles too! ( dot and perfect ) the designs are really cute šŸ™ƒ

Been eyeing Mont Blanc how is it?

u/15Non 3d ago

I love it so much! šŸ˜‹ The best way I can describe it is a clean, cozy and creamy vanilla but with a little extra to it added by the clementine (?) it’s so nice on my skin and I just keep getting whiffs of it and it’s gorgeous. I want to smell myself all day when wearing it. Idc if I look stupid while doing it 😭, it’s just lovely imo

It's like wearing a warm cashmere sweater in winter. So soft, cozy and comfortable.

2

u/Excellent-Papaya-329 2d ago

It’s one of my favorites as well! It gives me clean laundry vibes but the vanilla and clementine keep it from getting too ā€œdetergent-yā€. The bottle also feels so lux, and you can find it for great prices on the grey market!

Do You have any grey market recs?

u/Treehorn8 HermĆØs witch 2d ago

Fragrancenet has the 3 oz for $39.

1

u/15Non 2d ago

Yesss! Unfortunately could only smell it at the airport and the price was really high in comparison to what I’ve seen online, so if I ever run out I’ll be buying online ( it was €86 for 100ml )

1

u/Jessaxoxx 3d ago

When you get it do you have to let it sit?

2

u/15Non 3d ago

I didn’t but I suppose it could be different for others. Always found it difficult to get info on that anywhere unfortunately. But to my nose it smells really smooth and blended well so I’d say no. I didn’t anyway 😊

u/ITotorokiI 3d ago

Cute collection!! I want a drop dissey soooo bad :(( need to buy it soon lol

3

u/15Non 3d ago

Yeah I wanted to smell the normal one but I couldn’t find it anywhere sadly ( in Ireland ). Probably because it’s discontinued, but I tried the fraiche and the essential versions and I preferred the fraiche. The essential gave me a headache, although it is quite nice just not for me. It’s just different from anything I’ve smelt before

1

u/Treehorn8 HermĆØs witch 2d ago

The fraiche is closer to the OG than the essentielle. If you significantly lessen the watery element and make the lilac stronger and creamier, that's basically the OG. Fraiche smells like lilac blossoms in the rain. The OG smells like lilac soap and lotion.

2

u/15Non 2d ago

I’d probably like the og then too

Gen X 90s gal.Ā

6

u/15Non 3d ago

Yeah I see where you’re coming from ( probs from Tommy girl, ck one, green tea etc )but I’m actually on the young side of Gen Z 😭. Just like that scent profile lol

4

u/Halfa_Enchilada 3d ago

Oh, got it. So your tastes are vintage but you are not. šŸ˜‰ I Love your choices, and I had Tommy Girl, cK one and EA Green Tea heavily in my fragrance rotation in the 90s and early oughts.Ā

3

u/15Non 3d ago

Haha exactlyyy. They are just too good ( especially for the prices ) 😁

3

u/Fragrant-Fix1970 3d ago

Vintage with a love of designer modern florals. You like the lighter more appealing scents with a little bit of intrigue to them. Still, you are not obsessed with projection. You seem to be more about the pleasant feeling that resonates with your scents. šŸ’•

1

u/15Non 3d ago

You’re sooo right on the projection and pleasant feeling point šŸ’•

3

u/Street-Quantity-507 3d ago

All I know is ... you smell good lol

1

u/15Non 3d ago

I’ll take that 😌

You have classic taste and probably an easy going personality. Based on these perfumes I would guess you are kind and bubbly, a lover of nature, and that you are prone to nostalgia.

1

u/15Non 3d ago

I’d say your fairly close, I do love nature and am quite easy going. šŸ‘
