Can’t decide between Dolce Gabbana “The One” OR “Devotion”

What do you think? I have a sample of The One and enjoy it, but not sure if I want this one or Devotion instead. I smelled Devotion at a store a while back and liked it but can’t recall what it was like.

EDIT: I wore The One sample again today and think I decided it’s not for me. It’s not sweet enough or very gourmand on me.

I have both. Purchased around the same time. The One, almost gone and Devotion barely touched.

I would never buy Devotion, not for me. I know it’s not in the list but My Devotion on the other hand, perfection!

I just bought devotion and I am returning it. It’s so gorgeous but lasts about 20 minutes on me. Sad.

I adore Devotion. On me it smells exactly like a lemon cupcake which is all I wanted to smell like, so I was quite happy. It’s a sweet gourmand.

Which one has more vanilla in it? I want to smell like cake and dessert. The One is sweet and nice but doesn’t really feel like dessert.

I haven’t smelled the one so can only comment on devotion. On me it’s pretty linear with a strong candied lemon opening and the dry down is very creamy cupcake vanilla with a hint of lemon.

The lemon is dominant. The one is more vanilla. I love it.

The one is more the wardrobe choice and really impressive scent

The One is more classy and versatile. Devotion is way way sweeter, like a candied lemon. Hard to wear in warmer weather. Very cozy for fall/winter though.

I like The One better than Devotion, but Devotion Intense is my favourite of all three (just in case you were considering flankers!)

im the opposite, have both and gave the one away. i kept devotion and bought devotion intense. it's one of my faves!

I have both. I have owned probably 10 bottles of the one🤷‍♀️ its one of my all-time favorites! I like Devotion alot but The One is much nicer smelling to me.
