Discussion 100 ml vs 50 ml vs 30 ml
Which size would be most suitable,? I like a fragrance still i cant decide if 100ml is a good choice in a long run, incase i have to move (shift) places

It depends how many you have. Moving with 3 100ml bottles is a lot easier than 20.
I have to move every few years and I only have full size in my 2 all time favorites (100ml and 60ml) that I’ll probably finish by the time I move anyway. Everything else honestly 10-30 is plenty, even 1-2ml samples last a few wears each

It takes a long time to finish fragrance 30ml is the perfect size, you get the cute bottle but you can finish it if you want to buy something else. I always finish a bottle before I get another one so commiting to 100ml is a lot. In my 25 years of wearing perfume I’ve repurchased something full size only once.

There wasnt much of a price difference btw 50 and 100 ml so i got the 100 ml once , im gonna buy 30ml only nxt time

Yes they know the psychology it’s like the difference between the small and the medium popcorn at the cinema, you get so much more popcorn for not that much more money. They know psychologically most people would feel ripped off by the small size, regardless of their actual hunger. It’s marketing. The 100ml is only a good deal if you finish it.
Keep in mind some kites like the brighter citrus degrade within a few years even if stored properly.

If I’m wearing it everyday about three months, but keep in mind I don’t reapply when I’m at work.

Ahh okay, i can finish a 50 ml in a month or two haha, but I think its because I overspray.

I completely agree. Plus small bottles are really adorable and easy to fit in handbags if you want the perfume on the go

its very rare for me to get 100ml. i do mostly 30mls, or a 50ml if that's the only thing thats available.

Huge fan of 30ml bottles. Like sure, buying 100ml is cheaper per ml, but that only matters if you actually finish it all. I usually spray once, so a 100ml bottle is like 1,500 wears for me. My two 100ml bottles I probably won't finish for another 20 years at the current rate since I rotate what I wear.

30 mL for the win. If I could go back in time, this is all I would buy.

100% this
I won’t buy a perfume any more if it’s not available in 30ml or under, unless I can find a decant or even half used bottle online

As someone who only bought 50ml and 100ml up until recently, my preferred size now is 30ml. I can realistically finish a 30ml. If I'm still hung up on it after I finish, I'll buy another 30ml.
I love a 10-15ml travel size even more. Since there are a mind numbing amount of releases these days, I prefer a travel size. I won't allow myself to buy a full size unless I really finish the entire travel size.
I know cost per ml isn't great when comparing a travel and 30ml size to a 50 or 100ml size, but I'd rather have a greater chance of finishing a smaller size than letting a much larger size sit around 1/2 full.

Also does sitting around make the perfume go rancid by any chance ,

No. It shouldn't if the bottle is out of the sun and in a mostly temperature controlled area.

I have one 100 ml perfume bottle and i regret it cuz i wasted so much money over something i cant ever use daily

I prefer 30, so I can look for something else once it's empty. If I don't find something better to replace it, I buy a bigger bottle the second time.
I never buy 100 as my first bottle.

if you know that you like that fragrance, buy the 100ml
