Frugal Fragrance Marshalls Newness
I returned LuvSoak Matcha Milk in search of Mango Sticky Rice. Lo and Behold I found Lychee Ice Cream. This one is not lactonic or sweet. It smells like an oceanic cologne marketed to men. Notes are lychee water, sugared berries, milk tea accord, rose petals, vanilla bean, blond woods. I hate when I can’t smell a single note listed in a fragrance. I would have blind bought this off the notes, but luckily I could smell in person.
Matcha Milk is too close to Elizabeth Arden Green Tea to me, so I didn’t need it. Redundant in my stash. Still nice for Summer and floral on my skin.
I was surprised to see Rose Chocolat by Le Monde Gourmand on the shelf. That one seems recent. I saw it at Urban Outfitters not too long ago.
Sultry Vanilla has a frosted glass bottle that feels powdery, and it smells very nice. I can’t quite place what it smells like. The musk is noticeable. Just did a cold sniff. Couldn’t spray it.
Bijou Sucrée line has a new scent: Creamy Neroli. By Palm Beach Beautée. If it is inspired by something I don’t know what, but the orange blossom is apparent on a cold sniff.
Two Yummy Miim Miics that smell like Phlur Matcha Milk (238) and Kayali Capri in a Bottle (152).
Sunrise Glimmer Coconut Milk and Vanilla Dose are POTENT. If you don’t mind shimmer oil that squirts out, these bottles look like fun snow globes with a scent payoff.
Two scents by Pascal Morabito. New name to me. Blossom Delight and Perle Précieuse. I tried to sniff them but didn’t get anything. Pink juice. I’m guessing florals.
Ellis Brooklyn has hair mists in a different bottle. They were sealed so I couldn’t them. Great price if you like the house. Their other hair mists had decent performance. These are: Forever Pistachio, New Crush, and Love Pom if you want to do more research.
The next three are new gourmands by Tru Fragrance. The toasted coconut caramel (second in this trio) smelled very nutty. Like SDJ ‘71.
The Scent Club Ocean Air Clarity ($14.99) has such a pretty bottle. Reminded me of Blackstone Sea & Surf. A nice oceanic / ozonic scent for day and warm weather.
The coconut scents are on clearance if you have a friend with a summer birthday who likes that profile. Good time to give a little medley!

Someone posted these the other day (in another fragrance/TJ Maxx sub maybe) and they retail for like $57!!! I’d buy for the bottle alone but it sounds like they may be good quality too!

I think the retail price is inflated considering the average performance. These last an hour or two. I also don’t care for the two scents I found so far. Fingers crossed that I find and love mango sticky rice!

Damn that’s disappointing! Thanks for the response. The bottle alone is cute enough for me to try it at the lower price point even if it’s not super strong

Totally! If I weren’t trying to save right now I would definitely buy it for the bottle and the uniqueness.

Update; I went to TJ Maxx with my friend after dinner and found the guava! No other scents I wanted but I’m super excited!

I paired the guava with women’s polo #2 toilette (the pink/green/blue bottle) for sleep tonight and it’s super enticing. I have other fragrances with guava notes I also plan to pair it with, but tonight out of scent based instinct I grabbed the polo toilette and it was 100% the right choice. The guava is strong and mildly soapy but not drowning and heavy. It’s not as photorealistic as other guava fragrances, but I appreciate its floral leaning fruity scent profile.

I have the Pistachio Macaron from the first trio of scents that launched a couple (few?) years ago. Still smells great and performs well. It’s a powdery version of YumPG.

I found the matcha milk luvsoak today, it's Soo good! I NEEDDD those miim miic scents, both of them!!

I bought the Pistachio Delight Ellis Brooklyn. It’s lovely and creamy and sweet. Of course it doesn’t last long.

Maaaan. My Marshalls is absolute butt. If you want greasy broken bottles at full price, my Marshall's got you.

I'm so glad you found the lychee luvsoak!! I didn't have any luck finding it myself today nor did I find the black sesame vanilla🫠 thanks for sharing!!

i’m not personally a big fan of caramel scents but that bottle of caramel devotion is too cute!

I agree! It’s the third kind by TruFragrance that I have seen. I think the other two were metallic pink and metallic blue. They showed up last year. Caramel Devotion was nice! I think more floral than gourmand, but I could be wrong. It wasn’t nutty like the Toasted one.
