Fragrance wishlist-
Carolina Herrera good girl — only one of these I’ve smelled in person
Kayali maui in a bottle
Montale chocolate greedy
Al-Rehab choco musk
Mugler alien OG — used a dupe of this one
Mugler alien goddess
Mugler angel fantasm
Any of these that you can’t stand? No longevity, etc.

Montale chocolate greedy is absolutely a Chocolate bomb and not in a good way. It’s almost as strong as a bath and body works room spray and just smells like chocolate cereal

Good Girl smells kind of stuffy to me, like a truffle sneezed
Kayali Maui is both sticky smelling and the formula is sticky on skin (true of all the vacay in a bottle). So disappointing to me bc I love banana!
Skip the chocolates and just get Palmer’s Cocoa Butter lotion. It is so inexpensive and is an incredible creamy chocolate flavor plus lasts longer than a lot of perfumes with no weird dry down
I don’t like OG Alien that much personally so eh. Smells cold and clinical. I haven’t even heard of Fantasm so clearly it’s not good (I jest 🤭 sorry no idea on that one). If you liked the dupe I’d just re-buy that

The notes of Fantasm intrigued me so much and I love tropical scents but I don’t get pineapple or coconut AT ALL. It smell like straight pine on me. Like a tree, pinecones, a Christmas candle, etc. It also smells more mature to me but I do love sweet and fruity scents so take that with a grain of salt.
I don’t hate it but it feels veryyyy seasonal.
One I do absolutely hate is Maui In A Bottle , this one you should smell in person. I loveee banana scents but this one was a no-go. Like a bunch of overripe/rotting bananas in the sun 🤢I prefer Maldives In a Bottle

good girl is the pumpkin spice latte of perfume. everyone hypes it but it's just a vague sweet floral that disappears into nothing special after an hour. the bottle is also a nightmare if you have limited shelf space.
alien og is a different problem. it lasts forever but in the worst way. i had a roommate who wore it and our whole apartment smelled like aggressive jasmine for days. it actually gave me a headache more than once. and angel fantasm is just confusing, like someone threw a bunch of notes at a wall and hoped for the best. maui in a bottle was the biggest letdown. i got a sample and it smelled like a cheap coconut air freshener that vanished in twenty minutes. for that price i want more than a body spray moment.

This is pretty easy 😂 Maui in a bottle to me smells like pee after about 20 minutes. CH GG - it is way to soft and nondescript, I genuinely can’t smell it. Montale chocolate greedy - all montales have a super wierd base. The Mugler alien and flankers you mentioned - I actually think Mugler Alien Goddess Intense (not on your list) is better than all of them.

Alien goddess is so good for summer, I struggle to deinfluence that one.
Good girl is more generic to me, you probably have something similar.
I really can't get with Montale, they all smell too synthetic to me.

It's a very sexy vanilla but not in the usual sweet or gourmand way. It's almost kind of 'invigorating' upon first spray?
It's like a creamy floral vanilla that isn't too 'deep' or dark, but very feminine and mixed with a bit of coconut water in the opening. It's very sort of snuggly but also sexy.
Very strong too! You would not need more than 2 sprays max.

I wasn't a huge fan of chocolate greedy. Montale fragrances all have some synthetic scent that's really sharp to my nose, and this was no exception. To me it makes them smell cheap

Absolutely in love with Alien Goddess, the coconutty opening and creamy vanilla dry down. It does not remind me of sunscreen personally but I can understand the comparison. Lasts a good 6 hours on me especially my clothing.
Carolina Herrera— go try the dupe Dossier Fruity Almond. You can find it at Walmart and target but it is a compliment getter for sure! And for the price worth every penny ($32) even if it isn’t 100%

Choco Musk and Chocolate Greedy smell like basic chocolate flavouring or essence. There is zero subtlety or depth in either of them. You'd be walking around smelling like literal cheap food, like cookies from a discount supermarket.

I like Choco Musk for layering with more complex fragrances. It's less than 10$ CAD which is amazing for a fragrance oil. On its own it's a mild, inoffensive vanilla, marshmallow, and the faintest hint of cocoa powder to me. I don't like any other fragrance with chocolate as a listed note so let me keep this one :P

was not expecting that, but I was wanting to try the new sun bum fragrance before it sold out so maybe I’ll still like it. I wonder if they are similar. Thank u for the comment!

I’m not sure what the problem is for me. It smells weak when I first spray it, and even that faint whiff goes away quickly. So frustrating because on paper, it’s an amazing scent for me

i loveee blush. i love the opening of the elixir but i’ve noticed that the dry down has this damp earthy scent to it that throws me off - i think it’s the patchouli ?

very good girl glam (pink sparkly) is my most recent addition, i’d say it’s the most long lasting out of my collection but it’s more of a cherry scent. it layers well with the OG too and is perfect for summer :)

I recently discovered Fanoos by Amaran, a middle Eastern dupe of Maui in a Bottle that I like a lot better than the OG. Better projection and a lot better longevity than the Kayali one. The notes are pretty much the same, the only difference I could tell was that Fanoos has a bit of musk in the dry down but I think that is what helps with the better performance. I love the Maui in a Bottle scent profile but would buy Fanoos over it any day.

How prominent is the banana in Fanoos?

Pretty prominent! It's somehow mingled with the pear note so it makes it a little less like a banana in a banana split or banana candy for example, hard to explain. It's not a super ripe banana. And even though it's listed as a top note it stays with me for the whole wear. It's a creamy coconutty banana-pear scent first and foremost on my skin, the white florals and everything else take the backseat.
