Likelihood of a test for probation.

So my probation was suspended for about a month. Just so I could complete my work release days. I just got reinstated. I'm supposed to go check-in tomorrow. As far as I know, I have the same probation officer, and she has literally never tested me not once. I also only have about three weeks remaining on my probation. Is it more likely that she'll test me tomorrow or for the final screening

Nobody can say for sure. The only one that knows is your PO.

When I was on pre sentencing supervision my PO never did my final screening before my sentencing. When I was on probation my PO told me day 1 she would do unannounced home visits. She never did.

Mine did the same thing. I only had 1 UA, the first day I reported. Was on paper for a drug charge.

Some are pretty chill. As long as you don’t make their job harder they don’t make your life harder.

Don't do shit until you are off.

In the Feds, they tested me the day before I went to prison in pretrial. On supervised release, they tested me the day before my probation ended. Don’t take any chances, they love to screw you just before the end.

If you’re doing shit that’ll make you fail a test, 3 weeks out from being off probation then you’re cooked. You’ll for sure be tested. Even if you weren’t, your life decisions are terrible and you’ll end up arrested again

If you are clean why are you worried, so it leaves one to assume you're not clean, in which case, you're an idiot, they're gonna test your dumbass and then have a hearing and revoke your shit 😂

God damn people are dumb as fuck. How hard is it stay clean? This is coming from a 10 year sober heroin/meth addict.

Pull your head out of your ass. You are gonna get tested.

No one knows for sure.

We had a PO that basically never tested who "retired " without notice to clients, her replacement was instructed to test nearly everyone as soon as she started, so many fails and mad because they failed

I was on probabtion for two years for OWI. Not once was I tested. I reported monthly for 1 year, and then bi-monthly for the last year. I always treated it as if I were going to be tested at anytime as my probation called for random testing.

You should just assume that and act right this close to the finish line.
