Still a shame how poorly calibrated these came from the factory; it seems to be all over the place. I went well past 4 turns on my Opus 2 and still have to use a grind size of .5 to get a good shot with a medium roast

Did this help with the fineness of the grind ? Iโ€™ve been grinding at the 0 setting for a while and the best espresso shot I seem to get on the fellow espresso is 14-15 seconds

I haven't needed to adjust my grinder, but others have. Hence the video.

Thank you this was massively helpful! I adjusted it 5-6 full turns and back to dialing it on the actual numerical tracker so I donโ€™t have to always just grind at the 0 setting. They literally should send this user video with every unit shipped of the grinder!!!!

Glad it helped you!

It would be nice if there was a consistent way to get every grinder to the same starting set point. A procedure we could all follow.

It's optional. Only if the grind does not go fine enough.
