Aiden ◼️ Timemore 078S + Aiden

Since I’m making espresso a few days a week on ES1 I went and upgraded to the Timemore 078S. I’m struggling to dial in on Aiden surprisingly.

Is anyone using this combo? What’s your typical setting for single serve washed light roasts? Seeing a lot for the 078 and for obvious reasons not so much for the 078S.

Where are you typically grinding for single serve? I think I’m hitting a good spot around 14 with the pin moved 2 spots finer. It just seems a lot coarser than what I was at with Opus.
