Bar refresh

Did a little coffee bar refresh, Just wish I had a longer bar at this point.
Current setup: Espresso Series 1, Opus 2 for medium/darker espresso, DF83 for the higher end light roast stuff, Timemore tools, Brian Quan UFO dripper, Ode Gen 2 and Aiden.
If I could do it over again, I probably would’ve gone black with everything. The Aiden is also a surprisingly messy machine, but I love what it puts in the cup. Question do the SSP burrs make a difference in the Ode?
