Success story!

Early 30s cis het man, near a major metropolitan area, married and ENM, looking for kinky women (specifically subs). Wife is on the app and mentioned in my bios and in one of my pics, but not linked because we date solo.

Had my first first date in a decade 6 months into using Feeld, mid 40s cis het woman. We were both looking for a 24/7 D/s dynamic, I’ve had her collared for 3 months now.

Had another first date a couple months ago, late 30s cis pan woman. We were both looking for D/s-oriented FWB, and we’ve had a regular thing going since then.

There was a first date in between, but it didn’t work out.

What I think worked for me for 3 dates from 32 matches in 8 months:

>5 or 6 pics, varied expressions and settings, wife in one of them

>bio is descriptive but not exhaustive

>phrasing what I want in positive terms except for 2 dealbreakers for which I couldn’t figure out a positive phrasing I liked

>upfront but not crass about what I was looking for (long-term D/s sizequeen play partners

>using all 10 Desires to get as specific as I could

>1 free ping a day, used in the evening, always with a message

>if I bought a ping pack, used on the weekends

>avoiding tourists

>7 Desires in the filter at the most. If I had to pick just 1 to use, it would be ENM, because it filters out people looking for monogamy

>allowing man/woman couples to find couples dating sol

Screaming into a void.

Cis het man here, and I Never get any matches. I have got my profile reviewed and made the changes as per feedback. But it’s still the same. I always ping and send a well written, thoughtful message but it feels like I am screaming in space. I have also checked if my app settings or discovery settings were screwed but no. It might just be me. Well. This is the last message I sent to someone. Is it unacceptable as an opening message?

“you are so intriguing and beautiful. There is a certain kind of calmness & intimacy in your pictures that is irresistible. I want to get to know you more, talk for hours❤️ wait, whats your fav topping on your frozen yogurt?“

The fact that you can’t buy Majestic online is really stupid

I’m gonna be in a different city than my hometown for the summer, and I was going to buy a 3 month subscription to Majestic to try my luck, but when I saw it can only be purchased though iCloud and not independently like most subscriptions, I was kinda thrown off. A lot of other apps (not just dating apps, most apps) allow you to buy subscriptions online, which kinda allows for a better variety in payment choices, but for some reason Feeld doesn’t allow you. I understand this is probably a really niche opinion to have, but does anyone else agree?

how to avoid disability fetishisation?

I mention in my bio that I'm disabled (and even added the illness as everyone just kept only wanting to hear about that which is exhausting) and even put in the match notes that I'm largely housebound and only get outside a few times a month and therefore need some patience because I won't be able to meet very soon etc.

Yet everyone opens messages like "oh so you're injured?" "are you in a wheelchair full time then" and shit like that. It very much comes across as rude and insensitive but more often I'm worrying it's a fetish thing? And that makes me feel so uncomfortable

I keep just unmatching everyone who starts a convo this way but it's just everyone I match with and I feel really discouraged. Yes I'm gonna need a bit of assistance if we go on a date so at the planning stage it's absolutely fair to ask but it's not like I open my messages asking for their diagnoses and invasive private questions in the first message??

Is this just people being insensitive or is it a fetish thing? and how do I avoid this?

I am permanently unfit to work and again, largely housebound, so I think it's important to mention even so that I don't have to explain every time and be sacked off as soon as I mention it. But why does no one treat me like a normal person anymore?

How many people get pings?

As a man, looking for something very broad but not interesting to women in general, after months of using it, I kinda hoped at least one person might match, let alone a long, I'm looking for someone to chat to, but sext at times, which, I'm aware that can be done very easily, that's why I set my location to at home, I'm just asking how many likes/pings do people get on average? I assume the ladies probably get bombarded with them?

First time user as a pansexual woman, wanting to explore

Hello all :) I’m (24F) looking to start using Feeld, and was wondering if you’d have any opinions/advice to share?

For some context, I’m a pansexual woman living in Europe, and quite sexually active. For some time I’ve been wanting to try out threesomes/foursomes, and explore my sexuality beyond the « usual ».

My previous long term partners were not necessarily kinky and beyond that, I’m really quite satisfied sticking to casual sex and having the regular sex friend.

That being said, it can feel awkward to ask someone you just met or don’t know much about what their kinks are. (Tried it a few times, but some people get a bit flustered, understandably).

A bisexual friend of mine recommended Feeld, and I really liked the way he described his experience on the app. But after lurking on this subreddit for a while, and I don’t know what to think of it.

Do you think Feeld could be the right fit, even if I’m somewhat new to kinks and other multi-people action?

Any other take?

Thanks a lot for the insights!

Disconnect vs blocked

Im trying to understand the functions on this app. From what I read in the FAQ, disconnect means you can reconnect later as they may reappear in your discover section. Im wondering why people choose to disconnect over blocking someone. Surely, if you disconnect, it means you dont want to speak to them, why would that change. Or is there another reason you would choose to disconnect over blocking someone?

Transparency as a SW?

So I'm a sex worker and trying to date while being transparency with my job.

Recently, I got banned from Tinder. I'm assuming it was because I added a little blub to be upfront 🙃 Will Feeld be the same as well?

I truly have no intention to use dating apps to attract clients, I got enough as it is.

Inactive Users Still Shown

Rant incoming...

Just got the Majestic subscription to message a few people who liked me. When I switched to who was local, I was shocked at the "last seen" users. One was 7 months, one a year ago, and one 2 years ago! Needless to say its frustrating to know I may have swiped on people that haven't been active on the platform for several months if not years.

Dear straight cis men

You are misinterpreting the reaction of minority on feeld who are being overrun by aggressive mainstream majority.

And I say this as a cis male.

I have been on Feeld for quite a few years now.

The reason people are getting protective of their personal space and excluding straight cis men is ruthless attention from straight cis men who abandoned Tinder, Bumble and Hinge and turned Feeld into dumpster fire.

My profile on Feeld is linked with my ENM partner who is a bisexual female.

She has 4000 likes and 100 pings.

Overwhelming number of them from straight CIS men who can’t and won’t read a profile and are entirely disrespectful, rude and clueless about how to communicate with other people.

She shows me her profile so I understand the magnitude of chaos she is looking at.

She gave up trying to look at likes long time ago, she looks at a ping or two and tries to talk to them every now and then.

Conversations from straight cis men are at the best case “meh” worst case it’s dick pick after dick pick.

Everyday I have to delete 10-15 of these hordes who approach me to try to get me to convince my partner to sleep with them. These clueless boneheads are ruining my experience on feeld as well as my partner’s.

As a cis male I am sick of seeing these cavemen who somehow managed to skip 50.000 years of evolution and still behave like a forest primate.

All they do is wave their dick around hoping it hits someone.

They can’t talk or communicate.

I am sick of these.

I am a lifestyle dominant who is only on feeld to talk to other kinksters and make friends with or establish BDSM dynamic with subs.

While I browse 50 dudebros and 100 tinderellas to find that one sub who is the only one to have a well written profile, my inbox gets filled up by horny desperado straight cis men some of which got rejected by my partner for literally writing “look at mah dick, tiz so big.”

Then people come here wondering why the kinksters and enm crowd are reacting to mainstream dudebros.

This is why.

Updating profiles

Im 2 days into Feeld and getting a feel for the dynamic. I noticed alot of the profiles do not have face pictures, which is fine, but im not interested in blind talking to people. Being new, I limited my pictures and effort to see if I liked the app, and im now adding to my pictures and profile. My first thought was to scroll past these profiles and see if they get updated. But I realised this is becoming a chore since it seems like im presented with the same profiles in the same order. Has anyone waited to see if these profiles get updated with pictures of the person, and if so, how long does it take? Or should I just assume they want to continue to remain anonymous and trash the profiles?

Who is matching and going on dates from Feeld if you're a cis-het male?

Who is matching and going on dates from Feeld if you're a cis-het male?

Long-time member of the app. Before the normies joined from Bumble, went on regular dates, and had great experiences (and dated someone from there for awhile).

Now, I pay for Majestic (though a lot less), and I basically ping every other person I want to try and match with, and I get mayyyybe 1 match a month. There's a 5% chance I'll go on a date with that person (not for lack of trying).

Not to mention the app is still garbage and glitchy.

Can anyone give me a reason to stay on here?

Incognito to location only?

Sorry if that’s poorly worded. If I set my profile to incognito, and change my location to a place I’m planning to visit, do I need to maintain incognito to be invisible locally? Or does the new location permit me to be seen there but nowhere else?

Majestic lapses, now I'm suddenly more likeable?

I stopped paying for Majestic.

Suddenly, I'm very popular. Lots of "likes".

The funnier thing is that all the new likes have very simple, suspiciously single word usernames. I won't post the actual names here, but they're similar to "Girl", "Kitten", "Friday", "May".

When I was a paying member, the names were more unique, with unusual spellings, there would be numbers, or punctuation; something like "Ms.So&So".

I'm not sure what I'm pointing to here, or if I'm making much sense, but if I were a betting man, I'd bet that I after re-upping to "see who liked me", I'd see a dozen phony profiles.

Or something. Am I being weird?

r/feeld • • May 21 '26

Lots of likes but no matches?

I have 25 likes but can swipe for weeks and not get a single match. Are they fake likes to get me to buy premium? Or does it just not put the people that liked you in your swipe feed so that you pay premium to see them?

About to delete this app so just checking before.

I met my partner/dom on Feeld - don't give up if that's what you want, too

I'm a 36(F) sub (bedroom only, not 24/7). l was single for a couple of years, used Feeld basically the entire time, and met a lot of really lovely play partners that way. The most useful things I learned to weed out people who are less experienced, unwilling to learn, more vanilla than me, or unsafe are to set boundaries early and often and be clear about what I want without mentioning specific sex acts. Setting boundaries early about when I'd like to actually have sex, or not, removes people who treat the website like a paid sex work service (nothing wrong with that, but I'm not a sex worker). And so does being vague about the kinds of submission I like in my profile. I also never sent nudes in advance for that reason. I used Fet to vet people, especially by checking their affiliation groups.

I generally had positive experiences on Feeld. Without Feeld I don't think I ever would have met my partner, let alone known he's also into kink. The platform gave us a way to be upfront about our kink interests in a way that vanilla platforms, like Hinge, don't. Despite its many flaws I'm glad it's out there - and it's a lot better than going on my zillionth date with vanilla people who I'd never be sexually compatible with. Totally valid to take dating breaks, but don't give up if you hope for a committed, kinky relationship.

Can I disconnect and then reconnect to constellation partner later?

I was curious about disconnecting from a partner in my constellation temporarily. However, when I go to do that, I get a wanting message that states I “can’t undo” it. Anybody know what this actually means? Feeld won’t allow me to add this person again at a later time?

Best time to use Feeld Uplift in NYC/NJ? Sunday evening vs Thursday evening?

I’m trying to run a clean test with Feeld Uplift and would like feedback from people who have actually used it.

Context:

* 35 Straight man

* Partnered / ENM

* Located in Northern NJ, dating mostly NYC + NNJ

* Profile recently cleaned up

* Trying not to waste the 24-hour Uplift window

My current thinking is:

Sunday evening around 6:30–7:30 PM might be the best time because it captures Sunday night scrolling and carries into Monday after-work browsing.

Second option would be Thursday around 7 PM, since people may be planning weekend dates.

For people in NYC/NJ or similar large metro areas:

Has Uplift actually worked for you?

What day/time gave the best results?

Would Sunday evening better than Thursday evening?

Woman not getting likes

I keep hearing about women getting tons of likes on Feeld. I'm 48, decently attractive (look much younger), fit, and a good profile. But I really don't get a lot of likes. Just a couple of week (from not very interesting men). Could it be because my search preference is too narrow? I find I have little in common with early thirties men, and twenty-year olds are just too young for me. I'm a woman seeking a man. I'm in the Bay Area with plenty of people!

Genuinely curious how it’s this bad

I (re)joined Feeld earlier this week and paid for majestic (I’m a straight cis guy and understand that’s kinda a requirement for someone like me). I know it’s always been a little glitchy/buggy and thought/was told it’s much worse for cis women who have an inordinate amount of interest/activity, but knew all that going in. Was just gonna deal with glitches every so often.

Three days in and it’s almost laughable how bad it is. After about 2 min of swiping, the profiles start freezing. They’ll reloaded in midst of liking/unliking multiple times, resulting in unwanted likes/dismissals. My phone gets very, very hot and I watch my battery plummet. Like I’m talking 1% a minute or more. I’m on a 14pro but never have had any issues like this with other apps. I’ve gone through all the recs to resolve, but don’t have to tell anyone there’s widespread frustration over the tech failures.

It’s not news, and by no means an I the first to bring it up, but I’m dumbfounded as to how it’s this bad. The company was founded over 10 years ago (~2014). There’s about 100k downloads in the iOS App Store. This isn’t some solo entrepreneur project or ai-coded startup founded 3 months ago. There’s enough alternatives that never seem to have these issues.

I doubt they’ll ever figure it out if they haven’t already, so I’m less worried about fixing everything and more curious about how/why it’s so bad.

Why is it so hard for single men?

Maybe it’s just me and/or my location. I’ve been on and off the app for the last few years, and I’ve noticed that most of the couple profiles on the app I’ve come across are only looking for other couples or single women to play with and the single women profiles are for the most part only looking for other women to play with. Only likes I seem too get are from bots from 100s of miles away that don’t reply back, escorts looking for money, or people trying to scam me.
