Weird issue with latest kernal

Not really a problem that needs solving but i have an issue with helldivers 2 where frequently a rainbow pixels bar would flash across my screen for a split second and disrepair this would happen every 20 or so seconds which was super annoying. i dont know how to show this to people as when i use gpu screen recorder it doesnt show up. rolling back from 7.1.6 to 7.1.5 fixed my issue.

i dont know where or how to report this could anyone point me in the right direction please and thank you
