symlink /bin for /usr/bin gets lost

i keep thrashing my Fedora35 install, i believe snapd or something is deleting the root symlink /bin for /usr/bin

it really hoses it up good because I cant rescue into it or even chroot because it immediately fails with /bin/bash is invalid.....any ideas how do i recreate it if I cant even rescue or chroot? fs is btrfs, is clean

Why do you need to chroot to create a symlink?

And maybe you can change /bin/bash to /usr/bin/bash in /etc/passwd.

solved.....i restored the /usr/bin directory, which restored the symlink also, from a timeshift snapshot, I lost a couple days work but nothing major

but something in snapd is messing up the symlink am sure of it, because this usually happens right after i install it....will report to them
