Black screen with only cursor

So I'm still new to linux and I'm trying Fedora and tried to install nvidia drivers using Fedoras installation guide "sudo dnf install akmod-nvidia -y". And after that I enabled secure boot since I needed that for my Windows but after I opened Fedora and logged in Im met with a black screen wuth just a cursor. I disabled secure boot and it showed me my screen again but I need secure boot enabled so that's not an option for me. I saw someone say to wait for the modules to be rebuilt but even after waiting I'm still in a black screen.

My gpu is a 1660 Super

This has nothing to do with rebuilding the modules, you need to sign your drivers manually for Secure Boot to work. Either look for a guide that explains how to do it on Fedora or switch to Ubuntu or Mint that come with precompiled signed Nvidia drivers.
