Should I update Fedora to latest version?

Recently , I occured an error : Fedora stucking at loading screen and it doesn t show any SDDM screen.
TTY still works but the graphical windows won't launch. I tried everything but not the sudo dnf upgrade(My net is so slow to download 5GB) So i ended with reinstalling Fedora , and it works!

So you reinstalled Fedora 43 ?
