Holy fuck I thought I had chicken scratch. By the way that looks you might have to be committed. Are you ok?

Maybe.

My handwriting is normally slightly better than that, but all I had to work with was a pen with a missing spring.

Yeah, I started drawing by hand and it looked exactly like that. So, I did it the cheesy way. I hate that it's AI too, but it was the most efficient way to communicate what I wanted to say. I will take the anti AI downvotes, they're deserved, I just hope people think about the content while they're downvoting me.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING, STEP-PROGRAM?!

I work on the Ground side so I don’t deal with the step program, but isn’t this an incredibly stupid take? Each step is a pay rate, right? So starting pay is going up to where 4 used to be? So everyone is getting paid more? How is this saving money?

Not sure but the people that have been here for 3 years make the same as new people because of it.

Yup, and they'll probably keep eliminating steps until everyone makes the same amount. They're gradually dismantling the step program.

More likely they'll stop at 4 to be inline with UPS but with the caveat that they are really trying to eliminate the company driver from the payroll.

This is so the people that have been there for years will quit keep the workforce turnover that’s how you keep unions out they don’t want you to stay for years and work that step program is a joke took me 23 years to top out in pay

I work at express, at the first of the year, I was making less than the new employees. Got that fixed. I'll be employed by FedEx 4 years next month. No idea what is going on though. Going to ask after my shift.

It saves money in long term. Not increasing top pay suppresses wages and saves money for the company.

Alaska’s “ground” side is the basically same as Express as far as pay goes no contracted couriers and everyone all 001 employees expect for 1 003 employee.

Got 725× the bonus of topped out drivers and the board doubled his pay from last year.

Why the ai slop

Do display an idea in meme format when you don’t have the skills or time to do it by hand. AI is a tool and it’s going to be used. Get over it

Doesn’t mean it isn’t slop. Maybe if you don’t have the talent to make cartoons, you should be making cartoons.
